Buying our teen son's first car was an incredible experience! David was fantastic to work with- very patient, very helpful and kind. Several months ago I was looking for a car. I had been trying to get out from under a ridiculous car payment and contract that had changed with out my knowledge. I did have some credit issues and I was really nervous about getting yet another loan that was going to be really high in interest and payments. David worked with me over a few months and we finally got to where I needed to be. Two days ago I went in and I had a car that I wanted to look at, it didn't work for me because I had hip surgery from an military accident, anyways he said I should try the Subaru Outback that he had, I had already had one in the past so I knew that I would love it.. This car is perfect inside and out. The paper work took less than 30 from start to finish, I was never pressured and never once did I feel that I was being played and would end up in the same situation that I was already in. He not only got the deal and payments that I needed but he also gave me some really sound finical advice and ideas, the car is amazing and I took it to my local mechanic and he said the car was in amazing shape. the oil, tires, filters even the cabin filter had been changed. I feel safer being in this car more than my previous car. I will say this to any one, especially females , please go see David at Carwells in Severville, he will treat you right. it is so much more than just making a sale. I will be going back to get me a new truck once I pay this off and get better credit. but I am so happy with the financing that he got me, the honesty behind everyone there and just the whole outcome of my visit. If you are looking for a great experience and some one that really cares about you please go see him, you wont regret it at all. well, maybe the only regret I have is not going to see him earlier. I could have saved myself a lot of pain and payments. I would give 10 stars if I could.. Thank you David and all that had a part to do with this..Tammy and Jamie McCuiston

I had been looking across the country for a yellow Toyota FJ Cruiser and came across a new posting from Cars Well Certified in Sevierville TN. The posting was new and there were no photos placed of the vehicle at the time. I called the dealership and saw they had excellent customer reviews which is always comforting. I spoke with Austin and then David as the vehicle was making its way from detailing to the lot. They were friendly and even took and forwarded me pictures from underneath to look for frame rust. I told David this was a vehicle for my son and would be his first vehicle. David refused to just sell me the vehicle without their thorough inspection and making sure any repairs were completed first. We spoke weekly until the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I flew in from out of state and met David. The vehicle was as described and drove perfect. David showed me all repairs that were made to it and took care of the paper work in short order. Never did I feel pressured at anytime in the sales process. David was truly excited for my son who would be surprised with a rare Yellow FJ back in GA. Great group of folks at Cars Well Certified in Sevierville! My son could not be happier!

Bought the Chevy Colorado on Tuesday 4/28, had enough faith in the vehicle to drive to S Florida on Thursday 4/30. We have had no trouble with the vehicle at all. I would highly recommend Carswell for your next purchase.
