My husband and I had been looking for a little while for him a used Chevy Camaro. We went to several places yesterday in Knoxville that we found on CarGuru to view and test drive - Chapman Highway, Clinton Highway, and Kingston Pike. After a long day, we were ready to go home, but we decided to make one more stop. I called Cars Well to ensure they still had the vehicle before making the trip to Sevierville. Kaiden was very pleasant and forthcoming to work with. There wasn't a whole lot of room for price haggling even paying in full, but still was able to work something out for a flat rate with taxes, tags, and title. Although alot of the haggling wasn't available, a pre-owned certified vehicle and a 6 month warranty made my husband and I comfortable with our purchase. Most used vehicles are "as is". I understand vehicle issues are unpredictable, but this made me feel that they didn't "rig" anything up to make a vehicle sale...Not to mention, they offer a 7 day buy back guarantee. If someone was searching for a pre-owned vehicle, I would definitely recommend them to check out Cars Well and mention myself for a referral fee $100. Thanks again Kaiden for making this experience pleasant. I'll post another follow up review on the vehicle 6 months from now.

I bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan a few month back from Cars Well, and it was an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. I knew what I was looking for and when I saw the vehicle online, I set up a test drive and drove over the mountains from western NC. I personally spoke with David the first day, Sheree over the phone and with all the subsequent paperwork and even had updates from Serge, the owner. All very personable. From test drive to purchase to delivery (which was included with purchase for my location which was a nice perk), everything was incredibly easy. The van I bought was in very good shape for a van with almost 100k miles and was well prepped for sale. They even changed the transmission fluid which many other dealers did not bother to do before sale from my brief research with these vans. There were a few minor quirks, mostly unique to Dodge, but let me stress that I found these out during my inspection and test drive. A put in about $500-1000 and minor work to replace/upgrade things to get it up to my own personal standards, but I knew this prior to purchase. Cars Well even did a post-purchase inspection themselves, found an issue I had overlooked with the passenger door lock and fixed it prior to delivery... How many used dealers can you honestly say would do something like this? I was unaware the car was a repossession until I received the title and rest of the paperwork in the mail. It was a slight surprise, but it wasn't something I even thought to ask. For my purposes, I got the vehicle I wanted at a great deal, test drove and inspected it and was satisfied, so it obviously wasn't something I personally cared about in my case. All the appropriate paperwork concerning this was included with the title and in order as there was no issue when registering here in NC. I can honestly see why the reviews are so great and their rating is so high for a used car dealership. I wanted to wait a few months before leaving this review and my opinion has not changed. Highly recommend at least checking out Cars Well if you are in the market for a vehicle and especially if you live nearby. Thanks!
