Highly recommend Carswell. Straightforward, to the point, efficient. No BS, let's see what we can do type of attitude. David treated me as though I was an opportunity to help someone, not as if I was a problem he had to solve. If you were to ask me where to go buy a used vehicle, my first answer is to go see David at Carswell!!

Very impressed with the professional at Carswell. I purchased a car from them and they were all amazing. No haggle salesmen to deal with, wich is always a better experience. Sheree was lovely and made the purchase seamless. I definitely would recommend and will be back!

I had the pleasure of working with David and it was overall a great experience. Don’t let the size of the dealership fool you, this place was very professional and easy to work with. David and I talked about what I was interested in and my situation/price range on the phone beforehand so by the time I got there, all we did is verify the fine details and the deal was done and he did not pressure me one time. The price of the car was great and he gave me a very generous deal on our old car (which we were upside down on by the way) to make this happen. I would definitely do business with them in the future!

We purchased a 2016 SUV about a month ago. These guys are GREAT!! Great car at a great price. Low mileage, and a warranty not available from many dealers. Sheree Kelso was our sales rep and she is great to work with. Very kind, no nonsense, lady. Straight forward sales, does her best to help you, with no sales pressure. One minor issue, the car we purchased was in "like new" condition. But at speeds above 65 mph, there was some shaking in the front end. It appears new tires were installed, but not balanced correctly. I had the tires balanced, and the alignment checked, and that corrected the issue. We shopped quite a bit for a used car. Overall, I would highly recommend this team. They have nice low mileage vehicles at good prices compared to what is available from most dealers. The team that works there are really good to work with, and try to satisfy the customer rather than sell the vehicle.

If what you were looking for is to go to a shady used car lot and haggle prices, this is not your place. The owner Serge Is a trustworthy, genuine man. I know the used car lot game and so I expressed interest in a truck, Told him it was a little more than I was looking to spend, and then told him I would be back that weekend With my friend Chris to look the truck over. I expected him to knock a few hundred dollars off and not let me leave the lot Without making a purchase. Instead, he told me they would be there over the weekend and No problem. Instead of trying to wheel, and so that I would purchase the truck from him and not find something else in the meantime, He put no pressure on me at all. I ended up purchasing the car that evening because I felt like I was in great hands and just genuinely appreciated him making this experience enjoyable instead of high-pressure. The truck was a present for my daughter, and she could not be more excited. I am completely in love with a truck as well. It runs perfectly, is beautiful, And, I feel safe with her driving it. Thank you so much, Serge. It was a pleasure to business with you. Oh, and PS, They delivered the truck to me in Oak Ridge for no additional charge. That just made it so much easier to surprise her! 🥳
