I bought a used Dodge Grand Caravan a few month back from Cars Well, and it was an incredibly smooth and pleasant experience. I knew what I was looking for and when I saw the vehicle online, I set up a test drive and drove over the mountains from western NC. I personally spoke with David the first day, Sheree over the phone and with all the subsequent paperwork and even had updates from Serge, the owner. All very personable. From test drive to purchase to delivery (which was included with purchase for my location which was a nice perk), everything was incredibly easy. The van I bought was in very good shape for a van with almost 100k miles and was well prepped for sale. They even changed the transmission fluid which many other dealers did not bother to do before sale from my brief research with these vans. There were a few minor quirks, mostly unique to Dodge, but let me stress that I found these out during my inspection and test drive. A put in about $500-1000 and minor work to replace/upgrade things to get it up to my own personal standards, but I knew this prior to purchase. Cars Well even did a post-purchase inspection themselves, found an issue I had overlooked with the passenger door lock and fixed it prior to delivery... How many used dealers can you honestly say would do something like this? I was unaware the car was a repossession until I received the title and rest of the paperwork in the mail. It was a slight surprise, but it wasn't something I even thought to ask. For my purposes, I got the vehicle I wanted at a great deal, test drove and inspected it and was satisfied, so it obviously wasn't something I personally cared about in my case. All the appropriate paperwork concerning this was included with the title and in order as there was no issue when registering here in NC. I can honestly see why the reviews are so great and their rating is so high for a used car dealership. I wanted to wait a few months before leaving this review and my opinion has not changed. Highly recommend at least checking out Cars Well if you are in the market for a vehicle and especially if you live nearby. Thanks!

I just bought a 2018 Kia sportage at Cars well and I love it. David was exceptionally nice and helpful in getting me in it in a very short time. I wud definitely recommend them and wud return if I ever decide to buy another vehicle.

I worked with Sheree off and on for 3 months to find the car that I wanted. Finally. I found just the right vehicle for me. She was such a big help, always answering questions quickly when I would message. She listened to my concerns and there was no pressure to purchase. The entire staff that I encountered were very friendly. Another positive note, they do not load their prices with fees that are unnecessary and they do include a warranty on select vehicles. This gave me such peace of mind knowing if I do have a problem, I will be protected. I would definitely return to them in the future and recommend this business if you're looking for a good, used car buying experience!
